由中国金属学会（CSM）和意大利船级社（RINA）共同主办，首钢集团协办的“第十二届磁性材料与冶金国际会议”（WMM’26）将于2026年6月16-18日在北京首钢园召开，此次会议由EuroGroup Laminations (EGLA)公司、LTC集团和Coiltech等单位支持。
“磁性材料与冶金国际会议”（英文名称：International Conference on Magnetism and Metallurgy，会议英文简称：WMM）为国际电工钢、非晶等软磁材料领域极具权威性和影响力的系列学术盛会，自2004年创立以来，得到了国际同行的广泛认可和积极参与，每两年召开一次。经过我国冶金科技工作者的申办，中国金属学会得到了该会议2026年的主办权，这也是该系列会议首次在中国召开。
大会将邀请国内外电工钢、非晶等软磁材料领域的著名学者和大型企业技术专家介绍最新科技进展和先进生产经验，交流近年来取得的技术成果和进展，探讨关键技术问题的解决途径和今后的发展方向。希望全国磁性材料及冶金领域科技工作者珍惜这一难得的机会，充分利用国际学术交流平台，踊跃投稿参会，积极展示我国电工钢、非晶等软磁材料领域科技创新的成就，了解世界各国在研发、生产等方面所取得的科技进步和成绩。

本次会议工作语言为英语。
根据WMM会议惯例，此次会议宣讲报告为约请制，自由投稿的稿件均为墙报交流，会议将评选优秀墙报奖，获奖者将有机会在墙报交流环节进行10分钟的宣讲交流。
